Is your website really working for you?

A quick, honest checklist that reveals in minutes whether your website is building trust and turning visitors into clients… or quietly losing them for you.

Most websites look nice. But few of them actually “work.”

Your website has one job: take the right visitor and turn them into a client, clearly and confidently, without you having to be there to explain.

And when it fails, it rarely fails loudly. It leaks quietly: a visitor who didn’t trust you, a message that never landed, a button no one could find… and you never see the clients who walked away.

This is a 5-minute review that uncovers those leaks. Be honest, check off what truly applies, and tally up your score at the end.

How to use it: open your website on mobile and laptop, and walk through the points as if you were a first-time visitor who doesn’t know you. Only check off what’s genuinely true.

1 The First 5 Seconds

A visitor decides to stay or leave within seconds.

2 Trust

People buy from those they trust before they understand all the details.

3 Clarity & Message

A confused visitor doesn’t buy, they leave.

4 The Conversion Path

A beautiful website with no clear path = a brochure, not a tool.

5 Mobile & Speed

Most of your visitors are on mobile to begin with.

6 The Feel

Your website should feel like the real level of your work.

Your Score

18-22Your website is working for you. Fix the small gaps and keep it sharp.
12-17A strong foundation, but opportunities are leaking. A focused update brings its value back quickly.
Under 12Your website is most likely working against you. Time for a thoughtful rebuild.

Whatever your score, this is fixable.
